Villa & terrace
At Las Ventanas al Paraíso, my villa's terrace, private pool and outdoor shower were as important as the bedroom. A suite with a rooftop hot tub would make for a different day, so the exact outdoor layout is worth knowing rather than choosing by an impressive photograph.
Butler service
The butler's help was best when it solved little things without making a production of them. I was shown the way to dinner on the first evening; shopping bags left by my pool chair could be taken back to the room, and the right milk was stocked for morning coffee. Those gestures made the long hours on the terrace more restful.
Breakfast & dinner
A breakfast spread delivered to the villa made staying in easy, while a private candlelit meal at La Plaza suited a special evening. The Sea Grill was a larger expense, so I kept other dinners flexible rather than defaulting to the same choice every night. The Los Cabos shoreline looked extraordinary, but that did not make it safe for a casual swim.
Would I return?
The outdoor villa space and quietly helpful service would draw me back for a few days without a fixed schedule. The right villa and a spa booking mattered more than filling the stay with activities; getting those details right made this feel like a proper pause.
