95–100Exceptional
Almost no material weakness.
90–94.9Outstanding
A leading luxury hotel.
85–89.9Very good
A strong stay with some compromises.
80–84.9Good
Comfortable, but competitors may offer more.
Below 80Not recommended
Too many weaknesses for its price.
